Knowledge, Skill, and Friendliness.
I have been one of Carlos' clients for years. He is very knowledgeable of the latest cut and colour techniques. He is great at listening to what you want, and discussing style ideas for your specific hair type, and colour. Basically he knows how to make you look your best. He has a good size loyal customer base, and is a friendly, personable guy. I have suggested him to many friends and family members, and everyone was really happy with the results.
His rates are super reasonable, especially considering his skill. He is a very good bet.
He is currently at the Rocket Salon right by downtown Palo Alto. A really cute place, that is funky, and artistic. Good ambiance, not too trendy, thank god!
