Bad, no wait, horrible!. There are a bunch of other honest business in the area. Spend a couple minutes with these guys and you'll run out of there! Seriously bad!

Shady Business. Dealing with this company has been one of my worst experiences ever with a business. They are rude, condescending, and their business dealings are shady. I would advise anyone in the market for decking material to shop around and pay the extra money if needed - the extra cost will be worth avoiding this place.

Large selection, Extremely knowledgeable. I liked their display and found them to be very helpful in making a decision with all the options that are out there.

Actually seeing stuff in person compared to the computer screen really was nice too.

They were able to give a real world perspective on the products, and provided us with the names of a few deck builders of which built the deck for us.

They Know What They Are Doing !!!!!!!!!. Brandon was a great help in coming up with different ideas for my deck. He spent alot of time with me and he worked out the best deck to fit my house. They have so many options you need to go check them out today for your decking needs.

Horrendous. I have not had as bad an experience as I did today with this place. I am shocked they even get business. It would serve them well to take a class in how to grow a business and keep your customer base happy. They are clueless when it comes to talking with customers. I urge you to give your money to a local business that deserves it, because these people do not!!!

Very RUDE over the phone. I am a bay area contractor and called to get some pricing and was immediatly treated very rude. It was very strange because all I was trying to do was GIVE them my business. It was completly un-provoked and I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! Not a good business plan with the current economy.

Great place for decking -- helpful and pleasant. Having read the previously posted one-star reviews here, before I started my deck, I had some fears. They were all unfounded. From their really good displays of decking and railing, choosing my deck materials was a satisfying process. Brandon's design help was good and his materials estimates were right on. I ordered on Thursday for delivery on Monday; they cheerfully ended up making 2 deliveries, for the 1-delivery price, so I had all of the structural lumber in hand for my Tuesday start., and the composite decking two days later.

They handled the problem that their deck picket supplier sent the wrong color with no problem (except of course that I had to wait another week, but, it wasn't their fault).

They were helpful and curteous throughout my dealings with them. I love my new deck.

They have a great selection & really know their stuff.. I was in the market for a new deck and had seen them at the Home Show and was impressed with their selection. I went there on a Saturday and the two guys behind the counter were very well informed and really summed up the differences in decking to my wife and me. I really wanted to save some money by installing the deck myself and they gave some good suggestions on how to build my frame, various layouts and railing options to enhance the look. I got my quote and shopped it around, they beat the other bids by a healthy margin and I felt confident they would do a good job. I asked about the return policy and they recommended to buy a little short and pick up more if I need it. That made enough sense to me. The delivery arrived without any issues and the deck looks very nice. They did a good job for me.
