Not the best place to buy toys. Worst customer service I have ever seen, store owner/manager seemed to be very rude. This store seem to follow the policy of "if you touch it, you buy it"

I would not recommend this store to anyone.

AVOID !! RUDEST STORE IN GREAT MALL OF BAY AREA. 0 stars !!!!

no exaggaeration when I say this store RUDEST IN BAY AREA ....

Disgusting store which should not be in the business of selling

toys. I was there yesterday. My parents wanted to buy something for

my daughter, so we entered this toy store.. My 20 month old daughter was walking

around in the store and she touched a few toys. duh its a toy store...

We were supervising her making sure she doesnt break anything.

But the store owner started insulting me and my

family blatantly. Since we were standing near the door, the sensor

beep went off a few times. Instead of telling us to move aside and telling us to not allow our daughter to touch the toys, his exact words were "could you move from the door before I go crazy"..

Then what he said next was too shocking... He goes " This place has

expensive stuff that needs to be bought and we are not running

an entertainment business for kids and we are not running a day

care here".... I just could not believe my ear.. All this just came out

of him without me saying a word. I have filed a complaint with the

Great Mall .. I am not sure if this guy was the owner or

the salesman. He is a big guy who sits at the counter. When I

asked him his name, he didnt give me the name and shouted "no you cannot know my name.. Get out of my store... get out of my store. get out of my store.. get out of my store" Yes he asked me to get out

like 5-8 times... It was the most humiliating experience of my life.
