Horrible service. This company promised to install my satellite service on Monday November 1st at 10 AM. They never show up. They called me at 10:41 AM to tell me that they are not coming. If they knew that they don't have the equipment, shouldn't they call ahead?

They promised me that they will have equipment by November 2, 2009 and they will be by at 10 AM. I called them three times on November 2 to figure out why they are late again. No one picked up the phone. The serviceman did not show up until 2 PM. Of course by this time, no one was home. He has the nerve to ask me if he can come back tomorrow. I will not do business with this company again.

Great Service. Christina was awesome she went above and beyond, and Chris the tech that did installation was very knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job. I definitely recommend to anyone.

Excellent Service! Excellent People!. These guys really know what they are talking about. We ordered our Dish Network service from them and they were there the next day. Even did the custom install at no charge. Friendly, fast. I would recommend to anyone!
