Sears Outlet Great Mall hidden charges. Bought Kenmore water softener at Sears Outlet at Great Mall. The softener was cheaper than at regular Sears store but installation and other charges were the same. Lots of miscommunication with salesmen at the Outlet. When installer arrived, which was $227 to install, he asked for

another $150 for plumbing. This charge was never revealed to us by the sales staff and was not in the agreement. Very unhappy about last minute charges and confusing and contradictory info. from sales staff. Cost us an arm and a leg anyway.

Very satisfied -Especially for Frankie!. I went there with my wife and purchased one Samsung refrigerator (resale new price $1699, we bought at $925). We are very happy with sales person sepacially one guy named Frnkie who is great and very very helpful.

Remember the outlet usually have only two or three staffs who run around trying to help people. Just be patient and look aroud to find your model/types first and then ask them questions. Be understandable is critical.
