Worst customer service ever

The stylist may be talented, but they have no clue as to how to handle customers.My experience with the salon was rather horrid and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Takes no responsibility and produce little customer service

I was a first time customer at Tangerine Hair Studio. Went in for a layer cut on my long hair. The stylist was young and new at Tangerine. Still she had a license to cut hair and its the owner's responsibility to have quality stylist to maintain good clienteles. After I left, I went home and my husband checked out my new haircut. He said "honey, your hair was cut unevenly." He suggested I call Tangerine Hair Studio and ask for the owner. My husband thought the owner would be responsive. He said owners wouldn't want to have a poor review about their business if its something they can easily fix. So, I called and requested the owner call me back about a recent service I had there. I left 3 messages for the Owner and not one call back. Its been over 3 weeks now and I have not heard from the owner. Needless to say, I took my business else where and the owner and stylist was professional and responsive. Haircuts are expensive and if I'm going to spend my hard earn money for a service, I expect it to be right. I recommend consumers find a more professional place to give their money to. There are tons of good stylist out there and great friendly owners.

I am new to the area and no one I mean NO ONE does my hair like my aunt that I have found. I went here and Tara did my hair, it's the best it's looked since I lived in Orange County and that was four years ago, I let her just cut and dye my hair the way she wanted and my fiancee loves it, he even insisted she does my hair for our wedding. Thanks so much!
