Great Vegetarian/vegan restaurant. I discovered this restaurant a few weeks ago by accident and could not be happier. My girlfriend and I were looking for a good and healthy place to have lunch and found The Happy Bamboo on line with some great reviews. howedver, when we got there I was a little skeptical as it's located in a big strip mall and simply looked just like any other strip mall restaurant (ones we regret walking into) but to my and my GF's surprise this restaurant was anything but dissappointing!!!

The staff is extremly friendly, the menu very diverse and best of all the food is fresh and tastey!!! The owner, Binh purchases all their produce from local farms and vendors with great care. They can cater to both vegetarians and vegans. Their dishes contain NO MSG and/or EGGS and the vegetables are organic.

I highly recommond this restaurant for everyone, heathy eaters, families, and anyone who just likes to try a good wholesome neighborhood restaurant and not spend more than 8-10$. I know I will be back there again soon.
