Good Vientnamese Restaurant that Serves Bun Bo Hue. I did not do any homework before trying out this restaurant so I only ordered their regular Pho and not Bun Bo Hue! (Not that I even know what it is until I read some of the reviews) I saw ox penis on the menu and could not resist the urge to try.

I was expecting something more exotic. At the end I felt underwhelmed. The ox penis has the texture and taste of tendon. It was also served sliced. (but you can ask them to serve it whole!) I have always love beef tendon in pho or Chinese noodle soup so it was not hard for me to venture into the ox penis territory.

The pho broth was pretty flavorful but not thick nor greasy. It could be a plus or minus depending on your preference.

Next time I promise! I will try their Bun Bo Hue.
