WORST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER!

Not only did they dye my hair BLACK when I said dark brown, but they let me walk out of there with dye stains all over my face and neck! I just couldn't believe they were alright with letting a client walk out looking like that! The hair cut was O.K., but she left me with split ends, which I thought was odd. Anyhow, when I tried to complain to the owner, she told me "too bad".

So, they don't know how to cut or color hair, they don't care if the customer leaves the salon covered in dye stains, AND the owner doesn't seem to care whether or not you're unhappy. Whatever you do... DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR HAIR!!!!

• Pros: It was easy to get an appointment
• Cons: That should have tipped me off that they aren't very popular or very good
