Don't waste your precious time and money here!. Lisa Islava took a $40 deposit from me for an upcoming appt. She then cancelled the appt. I called back to try and reschedule but she did not return the call. A week later I asked for my $40 deposit back so she finally returned the call telling me refunds were not allowed. She feels quite comfortable taking clients money without giving a service or product in return. Who cancels an appt on a client then doesn't return the call to reschedule and when the client asks for their money back since the service wasn't provided, gets mad?

Lisa Islava is a loon who grunts while working on you and doesn't mind taking money that doesn't belong to her.

Dee dee came for a facial. I had her put a deposit down for a microdermabrasion treatment. On her receipt it said No returns on products and No returns on services Only spa credit. I never canceled her appointment. She called me and wanted to cancel her appointment. I told her my policy. I told her she could come in and get a product. She did not want to follow my policy. I ended up writing a check and sending it to her.

best prices ever. i liked lisa. she's really nice + somewhat innocent. her prices are very very very affortable. her microdermabrasions are only $300 for 6 treatments + includes a facial + massage. her body treatments are only $55. I really liked her. she uses products from Eminence. I have never used or heard of them before but i LOVED them. they smelled sooooo nice + they are 100% handmade + organic. her place is small, but cozy and nice enough to get things done + her treatment is great for the prices.
