Pho Cong Ly is affordable. Pho is not that great. I heard the broken rice with grilled barbeque pork is good. Parking is okay but if you go during lunch hours, you have to park your car outside on the street. The area is not that nice.

good pho. i came to this place not to eat pho, but to eat vietnamese broken rice. grilled bbq pork and crab cake over rice along with fish souce and beef soup. nothing is better. priced $6 and good deal.
