What a spa treat!.
FABULOUS! I discovered this beautiful resort spa few month ago when I had conference at this property. I’m very impressed with the spa decor. I had a Body Sculpting Treatment on my tummy area. The technician did a measuring of before and after treatments on my tummy. I lost 3/4 inch on the high point, 1 1/2 inches on my middle point, another 1 1/2 on the lower point. Totally I lost about 3 inches right after the service. Compared this treatment to another body wrap I had, this had a noticeable result and was much more relaxing. . It was a “ WOW” to me and I really enjoyed this Gem.
Also, I had their signature massage that incorporates a customizing massage with warm stones. The massage therapist was very experienced and the heated stones’ warmth went deep down into the tension area of my back. My goodness, I was in the heaven. I LOVE IT and I’ll be back soon.
Well worth it!.
I had a Being Anti-aging facial last weekend and it was one of my best facial experiences ever. It?s been a week and I still can tell their facial has the best lasting result. My skin is really much more smoother and tighter than other facials that I have had.
Another great thing about this resort spa is the use of the hotel amenities.
I really like the exotic design of the co-ed indoor Jacuzzi and their relaxation lounge. A 75 minutes anti aging facial with a complimentary resort spa pass for $125--it is really affordable for my monthly facial routine and well worth it . I will continue my facial regiment with them.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!. First, let me say, I love spa's and have been to many so when I heard about this salon, I went to tried it. I got the 6 hour package which includes massage, facial, manicure, pedicure and lunch. First, the receptionist was not very friendly. She gave me a voucher for $15 to go have lunch in the Hayes Mansion. I went down to the restaurant which was serving breakfast. My appointment was at 10:00 on a Friday. They told me to go to the bar and wait for someone to take my order. 25 minutes went by so I went to see what was happening. The two fat hostesstes seemed annoyed and asked me what I wanted. I gave them my order and they told me to go sit back down and wait for it. It finally came out. I then realized the time so I ran back up to the spa to get ready for my treatments. The lady who gave me my message never said her name and she never said anything the whole time expect for take your robe off and get on the bed. She came in and messaged without ever asking if she was doing good. It was an okay message. I don't think she spoke English. The facial was next and that was excellent. Then I got a mani/pedi. HORRIBLE!! The asian women was strange and not very gentle. She left polish on my skin but that may not be her fault because it was so dark in that area. Also, the thing that you put your feet kept slipping. It was so uncomfortable. She was complaining how the person that normally does the mani/pedis stayed home that day to be with her kid so she had to do mani.pedi. I felt like she did not want to be there. She was rude and telling me she knew what kind of person I was from my nails. She told me that I do not work hard. What the heck!! I am a registered nurse. I work very hard. That made me angry. Anyways, this place is a big disapointment. I spent $600 for a crappy day. The only positive thing was the facial from Jennifer. She was sweet and she really made that time for me so relaxing. All the others were HORRIBLE!
