Things seemed to go well at first with a fast quote and willingness to start an exterior job quickly. His crew was on time and they know what they are doing with respect to handling the equipment. He gave a quote that ended up being incorrect due to mis-estimation of work and materials. The job was done within required schedule but, the quality was far below what I expected and workers had to stay after dark. Rick doesn't speak Spanish well and can't communicate with his workers and his workers are unable to communicate in English.

After the exterior work was completed:

- windows can't open due to masonry improperly installed

- jams knocked out of alignment

- decking not replaced properly

- electrical work has to be redone (that he dismantled w/o putting back together)

- workers were very messy- spilled paint on my deck

- exterior pipe bent and poor quality work

- antennas ripped down and not reinstalled

- exterior mounted cables ripped down, not reinstalled, broken and not fixed

- poor alignment/leveling and taping

Overall a moderately half-baked job that required me to spend several weekends finishing, cleaning, fixing, replacing stuff broken

... oh but, there is more. Much more

It's impossible to completely describe the horrible business practices that Rick Rebozzi (the owner of Rebozzi Construction) undertook while working a contract for me. Rick is one of the least professional and most inappropriate individuals I have ever met. I cannot say this any clearer:

DO NOT LET RICK REBOZZI ON YOUR PROPERTY.

Things seemed well at first with a fast quote and willingness to start a job quickly. His crew was on time and they know what they are doing. Well, while they are hard at work, so is Rick; propositioning my wife! He was speaking to her in the most unprofessional manner and trying to pick her up. To the point where meetings were requested to be made by her not at the office, by mail or him coming to the busy worksite but, in private. His lechery was continuous throughout the entire contract/job. He has no morals, he has no shame; he only has eyes on your loved ones and wrecking your family.Rick is a complete and utter fail. Beware to your wives and daughters! And above all else:

DO NOT CONSIDER REBOZZI CONSTRUCTION.

There is no reason to put any chance on his immoral, unprofessional and disgusting practices. He is someone to stay away from and keep your wives, daughters and children far, far, far away from.If you are a single woman ... beware! His practices will be filed at the BBB.

DO NOT GIVE REBOZZI CONSTRUCTION YOUR BUSINESS

We used Rebozzi for a master suite addition (528 sq feet) and full kitchen remodel. I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of work. Rick (owner) is a honest, loyal, trust worthy person who does what he says he is going to do. His crew is just as professional and aim to please. Joel was excellent in managing the finishes (inside work) and wanted to make sure we were happy and went the extra mile to do it I got several quotes from contractors and Rebozzi was the only one who delivered the quote when they said they would. I had one lower bid but they didn't even come out to see the property (red flag!!)

This was a major undertaking for us, (no kitchen through the holidays) and Rick's team made it as smooth and worry free as possible. I would highly recommend them. Ken (email krheaume11@yahoo.com)

Company without a conscience$$. Be prepared to go to the State Licensing Board and the BBB to get their attention.

Ed , the carpenter, did not have a hammer and had to borrow mine. Ed had no vacuum cleaner or a step stool and had to borrow mine. Ed had had no garbage can to remove the demo..yes he borrowed mine. The most disrespectful part was he decided not to clean the vacuum cleaner and the step stool off once they were done. Very unprofessional.

Ed also had to leave to go to Home depot twice. I know that because he left oil stains in my driveway both times in two different spots. What else went wrong with Ed?

Once the pocket doors were installed they squeaked. They were uneven. Ed decided to use my house as a training ground to train his sidekick on how to install the pocket door hardware. Ed was ready to go before I showed how the doors squeaked and the hardware was uneven. Even Steve Wonder could have seen this. I kept him there another 3 hours to fix the hardware and squeaky doors.

Once he pulled off the visqueen, he pulled some paint off the wall. He never said a word until my wife discovered it later. Ed was told to move the electrical. After the wall was torn out, the electrical problem turned out to be above his pay grade and electrician had to be called in. Little did I know, until Ed left, that the power was shut off in our kitchen and half the house.

The second day the electrical came and fixed the problem. Awesome guy. Not very happy about the messed, but fixed everything. Rick mentioned we had to pay for it. Unforeseen problem. The problem? A contract was not signed and it did not have that clause in it. It was later waived.

After the sheet rock went up. I noticed the doors were not even. It's off centered. Emails were sent to the company on how we are going to fix it. They scheduled someone to come on a Saturday so I would not have to take another day to finish the project. This was nice of them.

Rick and I had a talk. The work was finished and corrected by Joel. Great guy. I wish he would have done my doors. Now I have off centered doors and popping noises every time you walk by the room.

Later, I had two conversations with Rick about what to do. No compensation was given nor an apology for what Ed did that day. Rick stands by his employee Ed. Ed said this is where I wanted the doors to go. I wanted them off centered doors??? Rick did say "I won't notice the doors are off centered by football season". This came from the owner? No wonder Ed got away with it.

If you do email the company and you want the emails to go Rick..make sure you put that in the subject line or Rick will not get it.

This happened with the last bunch of photos I sent him about how the doors could have been centered. When Rick arrived to talk about it..he did not see the photos. Just an FYI.

They tried to make it right, but fell short on making a customer satisfied.

Be careful... this is a company without a conscience$$$

Update 9/23/11.

I went to the Better Business Bureau to get their attention. They tried to mediate. Nothing happened. I reported them to the Contractor State Licensing Board. This prompted an unprofessional loud phone call from Rick. Not very happy and it showed in his tone. Then they finally decided to move the doors under their restrictions. In the meantime, the nails started to come out of the project. My wife and I opted not to have the doors removed, because their restrictions were not customer friendly, but have the "bubbling (nail problem)" taken care of. Joel took care of it. Nice guy as usual.

I just finished laying the laminate and noticed the doorframe was uneven. I contacted them and never got my question answered. They got what they wanted and I have uneven doorframes and non-centered doors.

Do not contract. They did construction on my house. It was an addition of two bathrooms and walk in closet. Even that they were punctional, and the job was finished on time, the work was dissappointment.

First foundation was about 10" off. The whole wall was off, and then the roof was not matching the existing points of hip rafters (intersecting lines on the roof). Our formen was Dan, and he was NEVER at the site. There were mexican workers all by themselves, doing whatever. The wholes in the wall for drain pipes are so huge (this is 2 new bathrooms) that you can stick fingers next the to pipe, and that was not fixed. The tile work in the bathroom was bad as well, as they made huge wholes for the shower fixtures (without looking at them), that later when they had to replace the tile, the new tiles are sticking 1/4" as they were not able to remove all the grout.

The baseboards/doorways were very rough, that my husband even today can not look some of the gaps w/o getting really mad. Overall, stay away. They are not criminals, but so far away from any quality work.

House remodeling. We used Rebozzi for our new house renovation. We are extremely pleased with the service and quality of work that Rick and his team did for us. Of all the contractors we used Rebozzi was the one that we knew we could count on day in and day out to be there on time and finished the work on schedule.

Rick was very friendly and courteous to us from the start of the project and gave us fair price for all the work that he did for us. Joe was a great second in command to Rick in terms of getting the guys to do exactly what we wanted. Stevie, Joel and Wes were great to work with as well. we are definitely will be using them for future work in our house. 10/10!
