HORRIBLE. ***They changed their name to - Massage Works Los Gatos***

Same place. Same horrible service. You got a deal through Trubates or Groupon, you say?

Good luck trying to book an appointment and getting a return call.

Do yourselves a favor and find a more established place to get a massage. You'll pay more, but it will be worth it in the end.

AVOID!. *** Unprofessional ***.

I write this review with a heavy heart. It is very unusual that I am so pissed with a business that I will write a negative review. But Inside and out body therapy has forced me to do this. I bought a groupon for a massage at Inside & Out Body Therapy, and the expiry date of the Groupon was May 24, 2011. I called for a massage appointment more than a month in advance but the phone calls would never be answered. I left voicemail requesting an appointment at a date convenient to the merchant any time in the future. But Tina the owner said that I would have to pay full price. I don't care about losing the money but the fact that they so blatantly cheat their customer rankles me.
