Absolutely the best Sports Massage from Steven Rice here.
I went to Steven Rice the day before a marathon for some sports massage to get me ready, and my body was totally loose and relaxed for it. I had a great time running, and wasn't so sore afterwards. He did the specific hamstring and calf work I wanted and something to my arms and shoulders that seemed to make them use a lot less energy when I ran. The nice extra was feeling mentally less stressed about the marathon.
You will feel comfortable instantly with him. He's ultra professional, but nice too. I like that the Restore office isn't like a cave like a lot of spas, or medical looking either. I'm a regular now, even when I'm not running or dancing (my other passion). Try this guy out folks.
Annie Wang is a great acupuncturist. I have been seeing Annie Wang for acupuncture and she is really great. She is super sweet and friendly which is nice. I don't feel intimidated by her and I feel like she really listens when I tell her about my ailments. She has been able to diagnose and treat my symptoms with acupuncture and I feel great. I also got a shiatsu/thai massage from her once and it was fabulous!!! I really recommend her.
