Excellent service on behalf of Panasonic USA.
Master Tech Video recently did some warranty work on my 11 month old Panasonic TC-P54G20.
They called to confirm the Panasonic scheduled appointment ( a week away ) and rescheduled the appointment so that they could be here the next day...on a Saturday....first thing in the morning, totally awesome!
The chap called an hour before to confirm he was coming, turned up on time, even parked considerately in the drive way so as not to block in the other vehicles on the drive ( VERY important for the Saturday morning kiddie taxi runs! ).
He explained the cause of the issue and the solution and even helps put the TV back on its stand, all in all an excellent service visit.

Great repair job!. Had a DLP TV that needed some warranty work. They picked it up and returned it the same day. The picture now looks like a brand new TV. They were very nice and professional on the phone and in person.
