Best massage. Just because they are in Santana Row (and other locations) don't be fooled. This is no pushy over priced hoity-toity-full of themselves salon. The massage therapist Ashley is extremely qualified and sincere. She listens to your concerns, health issues and provides a massage that leaves you relaxed yet invigorated. The pedicures I have had are just as amazing but it is the entire salon concept that brings you back. These people love their job and it shows. No pressure sales and no tipping allowed. The owner obviously respects the employees and treats them well. There is also the obvious acknowledgement of the importance of taking time out of your day to get pampered. Thank you InSpa!!

Good Service at an Excellent price. I went there to get ready for Prom (I've only had a facial twice). The receptionists were very nice and very helpful. It was easy to make an appointment, even within the week of Prom. I had a lovely facial, in addition to a beautiful manicure and pedicure. The ambiance is not extravagant, but it is clean and soothing. All three, the facial, pedicure, and manicure, were an experience worth repeating and I would definitely go there again.
