Great Indian cuisine at any SPICE!!!!. I love the fact that I can get the food at my spice level, which is SPICY! I don't know too many Indian restaurants that give you that option. I spent a vacation in Andhra Pradesh, India where the temperature is hot and the food is too! So I really appreciate Sitar for accommodating my spice requirements

The service is wonderful and once you are a regular they treat you like royalty and the ambiance is very sweet!

Thank You Sitar for coming to Morgan Hill! Finally a place to go back to remember India!

Sitar Indian Restaurant. Wow Excellent flavors. I really like the combination tandoori special, The naan breads the lamb and chicken dishes YUM and the chicken tiki masala. The ambience is very nice and low key. Bharat who owns the restaurant is always a pleasure. Sitar is a great restaurant for Morgan Hill.

* Fantastic Indian Food *. Hubby and I were in the mood for Indian Food. Checking out our local restaurants on Google I stumbled across Sitar Restaurant. Then it dawned on me that I remembered seeing the lunch buffet banner in front of the restaurant a couple weeks prior.

We went for lunch to the all you can eat buffet and I have to say WOW it was amazing. Appetizingly presented to suit all pallets being both mild and spicy. Several appetizers, entrees and desserts were available. Everything was very fresh, their Chai tea is excellent too. The ambiance of the restaurant is very stylish.

We will be going back soon!

The finest in traditional Indian Cuisine. I had the Chicken Vindaloo with the rice, nan, and salad with the tasty yogurt dressing. Asked for it extra spicy and they did deliver the goods - very tasty, very spicy. The yogurt sauce with the salad is a great juxtaposition with the spiciness of the entree. If you get a chance to say hello to Bharat, please do so - he is very nice and enthusiastic about his new business.

I have been back several times now and every time is superb. Spicy as all hell if that is what you like. I am sure they can tone it all down, but what fun is that?

Among Indian food in the bay area, it is among the best, and I highly recommend it to anyone!
