Best Wedding Planner in San Jose. I was planning my wedding for this August and realized I totally needed help. I looked around and found several wedding planners in the area, but all were very expensive for the packages they offered and the services they provided. I happened upon Aphrodite's Event Planning after attending a bridal fair in January and was pleasantly surprised and relieved that I finally found a company to help. Stephanie at Aphrodite's is energetic, knowledgeable, friendly and her prices are beyond competition. Her packages were about $2000-3000 less than other planners in the area and she offered many more services for a flat fee. She worked very hard to stay within our budget and kept us on tract with our spending. She created a detailed timeline for our "day of " and the event went so well I had many compliments afterwards from guests. During the preparation and planning, Stephanie was on top of everything. She kept a detailed "To Do" list for us and made sure we made all deadlines. She helped with ideas, themes, and interacted on a continuous basis with vendors and the venue. She provided lists of vendors for us to choose from and all were wonderful and fit our style perfectly. Overall, Stephanie at Aphrodite's is amazing and I cannot imagine how our wedding would have been without her. I will definitely use her again for any future events I may need a planner for.
