TVL MOVERS ROCK!!!. This is the 4th time I moved in the last 2 years, and by far the services rendered by Trusted Van Lines were top of the line. These movers worked without stopping for almost 9 hours, no complaints, amazing.

Trusted Movers helped me move my 2 bedroom loft from San Francisco to Burbank, I had to place my items in storage because I was going to London for business.

I notified them the day I wanted my items to be delivered and they said that they have to give a me a window but they will do all they can to get there when I requested.

They did, they arrived the same day I moved in to my new place and were all done within 3 hours.

This move was flawless, no damages, no extra costs, and most important no stress for me.

Trusted Movers are the Best. I have moved more than 4 times in the last 5 years and my move with the Movers at Trusted was by far the best.

My company had to relocate me to San Francisco from Los Angeles, Initially they were supposed to select the movers for me, but I guess the vendor that they were using went out of business or something, so It was up to me to get some quotes and selected the movers.

I went online and got several quotes ranging from $900 to $1700 for my one bedroom apt.

Trusted Movers came somewhere in the middle as far as prices, but as far as service they were above my expectations, the reason I chose Trusted was their communication and my gut feeling, Kim was my contact person and every time we spoke she made me feel very comfortable.

The movers who came at the day of the pick did such a great job wrapping and protecting my items, they worked hard and fast.

My final price was somewhat lower because my actual weight was less than estimated, that was a nice surprise. All of my items arrived intact , without any issues.

I think this was the first stress less move I have ever had.

Trusted Movers were top gun. The core of my review will be for the actual crew, William, max and Cj.

Looking back I can say with confidence that I have never had the chance to work with such wonderful people. From the minute they arrived at my home, the way they introduced themselves and how hard they worked, the communication between the crew and myself was flawless, at any given point they were making sure that everything was getting done right , they were not afraid to ask me questions and confirm with me.

I ended up buying the movers launch, and dinner, they spent almost 7 hours moving my 3 bedroom home.

the folks at the office were as good, very pleasant to work with, they communicated well with me, and when I had questions I always had someone to speak with.

I would highly recommend Trusted Movers

Super Dooper. My move has been completed about 3 weeks ago, and this is the my story.

from the initial contact with Trusted movers I have felt very comfortable dealing with them, the sales rep Scott was very communicative in regards to the entire process. After going back and forth for almost 2 weeks I narrowed my selection of movers to two companies, Trusted Movers was one of them. Both were priced the same and had good reputation but I decided to go with my gut feeling and selected Trusted Movers.

Looking back it was wise decision, my move was flawless, the movers showed up on time, they had my place wrapped and loaded within several ours.

It took them 5 days to arrive in Chicago and once again they were very communicative during the entire transition.

The delivery movers did a great job placing all of my items where I instructed them and did not complaine even once.All of my items arrived in one piece, no damages what so ever.

I am sll settled in and glad the move is over, if I have to move again I will call only one company Trusted Van Lines.

Great Stuff. WOW! This is my first experience with a moving company. I was surprised by how many responses I got. Movers galore, who knew! I got lots of really cheap quotes. One even said I would get 3 movers for $75 an hour, what??? How could this be? I was glad it sounded too good to be true. I looked most of them up on the BBB. Surprised again at how many where not listed on the BBB. Trusted makes it easy to Trust, especially after you check them out. In the end, my move went super!

Horrible Service. Well, I wish I could tell you how well they moved things but I can't. I called 2 weeks in advance to set a day and time - everything seemed fine and they seemed nice. They called me the DAY BEFORE the move to tell me they over-booked that day and could I re-arrange my schedule for them. After showing much displeasure, they decided to see if they could do something. They called back and said they could move me as planned. Then 2 hours before the move, they said they could not be there as planned - and would be there more around 9pm (not an option) or they could see if a sister-type company could do it. They swore up and down that these guys were good and that they would call me the next day to make sure everything went well. Well, this company was not good (One Move or Partner Moving) and I did not receive a follow-up call. Moving is stressful enough as it is without this. I would definitely not use this company....and I certainly wouldn't trust them!!!

THIS COMPANY IS THE WAY TO GO. They assisted me with my move twice and there are no words to describe how happy I am. I moved a few times just like anyone else and I had my share of good and bad experiences but there is no other way to put this "THEY ARE THE BEST"

I felt very comfortable to use Trusted Van Lines as moving company after checking their "A" rating with several organizations and I did my fair share of online research as well.

They did a fabulous job from the office people to the crew that did the move.

Use them if you are looking for a peace of mind.

Worst Movers In California. I hired them to move my elderly mother from Suisun City to Fairfield and I am so livid with the services and feed back I received from Trusted Van Lines. It's more like "RIP OFF VAN LINES". First of all they left behind open book cutters at my mother’s old place on the living room floor which my 18 mos daughter got a hold of. When I called there customer service to notify them of the situation they brushed me off and acted like I was lying. I mean come on my daughter picked them up with her bare hands. She could of gotten hurt than I really would of had a reason to go after them. I'm not talking about one box cutter but I am talking about four that I found on the floor. I cannot believe they are still in business especially with the feed back they gave me. I felt as if the manager was giving me the finger of the phone. Than to top it off they charged me for some packing that I didn’t even authorize. I had everything packed and just need for them to load it and drive to the next location.

Con Men. WOW WHAT A RIP OFF!!! I REGRET EVER COMING IN CONTACT WITH THESE GUYS.

Come on, you got to be kidding me, even an idiot can understand this pattern. all five star reviews ??!! Trusted Van Lines must have a full time review writer that write reviews every day using different e-mail accounts. I can't believe yelp is allowing this open scam. I am reporting this to yelp . I did a back ground search with this seemingly great company and found out that they been hella DOT Complaints. Research shows that only 1 out of 10 customers take extra efforts to complain) so they must have agreed of almost each customer they moved. The owner is a penny pincher that will try to do everything he can to get every cent that he can out of you. If you do your research you will find out that most moving companies are runned by Israeli con men that will do anything to dry until your last penny. So people don't be fulled by this company, they don't even have a the license required to do moves with in the state of California. Check them out the DOT of them. I hope I saved at least one soul, I don't have the time or the money to hire a full time review writer like trusted van lines does. Seriously I know from personal experience how bad they are. I used them in the past and my estimate was only $200 that doubled in packing materials. I had specifically informed my sales rep that I needed some thing packed and she told me not to worry that everything would be taken care of. What she didn't tell me was that a small box that normally cost $5 at a Home Depot will cost me $30 with them. They charged for bubble wrap, tape, blanket which were dirty and didnt get to keep. They insisted that certain things that I had already packed be re packed by them so they can later charge me an arm & a leg for. It was ridiculous how they get over you like that. They are very conniving, the Foreman kept on insisting that I tip them as if they were not already getting an extra $289 out of me for some baloney packing. So unprofessional. I called to speak to some one to complain but they just brushed me off as if I had never given them business before. Later the owner finally answers my phone call (after calling every 20 Min's for two days to speak with a manager regarding my fee's). He was so rude I couldn't believe how he is in business. He basically told me "It is what it is and there is nothing I am going to do." I told him I was going to complain to the DOT and he said "Go ahead do what ever you want to do I can care less." I will never ever us them ever again. They are con men trying to steal your money.
