Poor customer care and professionalism. I have received many haircuts from salons and this salon was very frustrating to me.

*The owner had poor listening skills. I requested a certain treatment and in the books she added another treatment to mine then expected me to pay for that extra service. She continuously stated that I requested the second treatment when I NEVER request that specific treatment.

**The hairstylist did not perform the haircut as I had requested and instead cut my hair in a way that she thought would look best. After the haircut, I specified how I wanted the hair cut to be altered and she would not do it. I feel that as customer, I can take the hair stylist's suggestion or she should do as I request and I would suffer the outcome. After 2 requests, she refused to cut my hair as I requested and sent me away with her card stating that if I still don't like it later to come back..

Overall, I was very frustrated with the situation and felt like the bottom line was more important that customer service.

Great esthetician! Ask for Tina!. Tina is their new (as of spring 2006) esthetician. She really makes you feel comfortable and works with you to improve your skin over time. Tina does an excellent job with waxing and facials and also does microdermabrasion. PLUS her prices are competitive with other places in the area.
