Service after the sale-thumbs down!

This company is diligent when it comes to the sale, but the service after the sale is poor at best.

If you purchase a pre owned vehicle from this company be forewarned the follow up will come with tons of lip service and no follow through.

I recently purchased a vehicle with a seat issue. I was assured that the seat could be fixed in house after a quick patch the seat failed to work.

The sales associate then referred me to a local dealer as the car was still under warranty. Two weeks later I am now waiting on the parts for the repair which may be completed a month after I was assured it could be fixed easily.

Note to self and others make sure the work is complete before you sign on the dotted line.

My experience with Beshoff Infiniti

I have visited a few Infiniti dealerships throughout the Bay Area, however, Beshoff is by far the best. You get the feeling that Beshoff truly wants to make their customers happy. Brian, Bernardo, and the rest of the staff at Beshoff have made my experience nothing less than excellent. They really go out of their way to ensure that all your concerns are addressed.

I would highly recommend you visit Beshoff to have your Infiniti serviced. Their prices and quality of work are amongst some of the best in the Bay Area.

My First Service Visit To Beshoff Infiniti

The very moment you walk into Beshoff Infiniti, you are made to feel at home. The Beshoff staff is quite professional and extremely courteous. I have been searching for an Infiniti dealership to service my 2005 Infiniti G35 Coupe, since my previous dealership closed their doors. I need to search no further. Beshoff has earned my business for many years to come.

These folks have set a benchmark for others to follow and achieve. If you place a high value on stellar customer service, very competitive prices, and a knowledgeable staff, Beshoff Infiniti should be on your radar and deserve a discovery visit.
