Not bad, but can't recommend.... I used LaProm for a full local move, including packing and unpacking. Not cheap.They showed up on time and overall did a good job. I even tipped the movers $200 at the end! During the move one of the 2 trucks needed a jump after it was packed and LaProm was unable to get someone out in time. I ended up having to use my own AAA plan to jump their truck (which cost me becuase I only have the basic plan which allows a limited number of jumps each year). Becuase of that delay, the movers didn't unpack everything we would have asked them to (as the move ran late) but we were fine with that because the lead mover told us they would come and pick up the boxes if we unpacked ourselves. I didn't blame the movers for that. However, that was over a month ago and they still have not done so, despite several calls. Each time I was told that dispatch or a manager would call me to schedule (never happened). Additionally, I found out the movers forgot to pack items in my garage and when I asked them to come back, it became a burden trying to get them "scheduled". Although the movers were good (with items they moved) becuase of this poor response, I cannot reccommend them. As a tip, beware not to rate them "right after your move" until you survey everything. If items are still packed, offer to rate them after everything is checked (days later if need be).

Just moved a room. We chose Laprom Moving Services because of it's superb customer reviews. I'm glad we did. The guys were fantastic. Here's four reasons I will use this company again and why I would recommend using this company to friends. Maybe I'm reading too much into my experience, but this is how I see it.

First, in reading the reviews all the positive reviews bled together after a while because they all said the same thing. I suppose this review will blend in to. But what impressed me was the manner in which the few critical reviews were addressed--respectfully, but honestly. It showed me that AMS pays attention to detail--that they care about their reputation. This showed me that they would care about my move because their name was attached.

Second, they were professional. Every time I interact with them, I got the sense that they've done this before. I felt comfortable because of their experience. They were able to answer all my questions immediately. Even more important, they were able to answer most of my questions before I even asked them!

Third, they were extremely prompt in getting back to me if I had a question or comment--I truly felt like I was their only customer.

Last, the mover (yes, only one--it was a small delivery) that delivered our goods was personable and effecient. He was confident, yet careful in bringing our goods in to the house, setting the furniture up, and positioning it exactly where we wanted it.

For all of these reasons, I plan on using Laprom again.

you guys hooked it up‎‎. We really appreciate the super job you did on our recent Laprom moving. We've heard that moving can be a nightmare but, clearly, this depends on who moves you! Thanks for making our move as painless as is humanly possible!‎

Awesome Moving Experience‎‎‎‎‎. I was very scared hiring a moving company for my move . All I heard from my friends who previously hired movers was that they lose things and damage things. This was NOT the case with Laprom moving. I had an excellent experience with juan, chris, and (I forgot the other gentleman's name). They worked efficiently and carefully! They were worth every penny and more! I will definitely be recommending them to friends and hiring them again on my next move!‎

Great move. The guys were excellent, friendly and prompt. They listened to me and they did what I wanted them to do.

They moved everything is less than three hrs. Everything made it to the new house without a scratch. I appreciate their professionalism. These guys are all work and very good at it., Thank you guys.

Thank you for a great move. Few months back i moved from San Jose to L.A with the help of Laprom Moving. moving is really painful experience but if you have hired a good mover then it helps you to reduce some burden.Laprom Moving did the same for me, their service is really pro. it was my husband's decision to hire them as its a famous mover in San Jose. also their estimate was affordable than other movers, and if i talk about their service, it was professional in all terms. quick and friendly. finally at the end of the day you will get true value of your money from Laprom Moving.

They really did a great job that I had to write a review. I used them on a move and they really did such a great job that I had to write a review. I was very concerned that they may damage my things but they moved it perfectly without even a scratch. I also couldn't believe how efficient they were. They weren't even very expensive compared to other movers.

Their movers were professional and courteous.. I found this company on Citysearch and Google, both sites had them highly rated. Now I see why. They came out to my house and looked at everything I had and within a day sent me a quote. Their movers were professional and courteous. These guys did not stop working. I thought it would take a few days to do it, but they were done in a day. They made something so hard seam so easy. Highly recommended.
