Mr. Green is very effective. My needs with Mr. Green were met in a very efficient, timely manner, and the results were favorable. I can recommend Mr. Green for any situation where professional representation and familiarity with the law is important.

All reviews are fake!!! SLIME BALL ALERT!. I rarely take the time to review, but after my research into this attorney I felt a strong urge to protect others against this guy.

I was doing research for a traffic attorney as I have gotten a few traffic tickets in the last month. When I lived in San Diego I had the best attorney there and wanted to find one here.

Anywho I noticed that on every review site, had 5 stars (under 20 reviews for each site). This seemed a little weird so I did some quick research and found that every reviewer on Citysearch has only reviewed this attorney & the one that reviewed two, happened to review two locations for Mr. Green. Then I did further research and found ONE REAL REVIEW. I can't copy the URL on this review ( the orginal is on insider pages):

I contacted Mr Green to take care of my Friends case and promised me that he would take care of the charges for $1500 which I paid with Credit Card.

After visiting my friend in Jail, Mr Green started demanding for additional $8000 to take care of the charges. I requested him not to tepresent and return my money. Mr Green denied and never returned money nor took care of the case. After 3 months, since there is no attorney to take care of my friend, my friend is in Jail/Prison for 16 months.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY.

HE IS THE WORST WORST WORST ATTORNEY.

Pros: Worst Attorney

Cons: Always demands for more and more MONEY

Excellent lawyer who goes beyond the normal call of duty. Mr Green is a really great lawyer who tries to help in every way possible. He helped in my wife's case when she struck in legal mumbo jumbo. He explained the situation to us very well and put us on ease. He was reachable when we needed him and he is good in responding on emails . He is very thorough and follows the matter to the extent possible. In our case he made sure that his client gets best possible solution. Not only he helped on the case but offered his help to explain the situation in immigration related interview.

We chose him based on the internet reviews and we are very happy that he was our lawyer.

VERY TRUST WORTHY LAWYER. I found Mr. green on google search and I read his client 's tesmonies and referrals so I thought I pay him a visit. I needed to have my criminal records expunged so I can apply for job in the financial district. Mr. Green took my case and promised me the case will be taking care of within 4 weeks. He called me right on the court day when the petition was granted by the judge. he has deliver his promise and took care my problem within 3 weeks. Now my record has been expunged and dismissed and I feel confident to apply for jobs. He is very attentive, whenever I needed him he is always there to answers my questions. Thank You Mr. Green for saving my life and my career!!

Excellent Service. I came to Mr.Green with my case and he was able to help me lower the charge down tremendously and completely changed my life for the better good.

He was able accessible whenever I need him and he updated me as soon as something comes up. He genuinely cares about my case.

I would recommended Mr.Green if you want the best result and would recommended him to my friends in the future.

Caring, Honest, and VERY Helpful lawyer. The Law Offices of Holden Green located in San Jose got me out of a huge jam to ultimately get me a good job with a company I wanted to work for. He(Holden Green) handled getting my record cleared, so I can get this job at a company I wanted to work for. He assured me that he would get my record cleared, and was very caring to my specific case. At the time I needed it done as fast as possible because I had just finished my final interview with the company, and they were going to hire me, so he made it his top priority when he agreed on a very fair payment plan. When my employers did a background check, it had not been cleared yet by the courts and my status said "pending" and my hiring manager had asked me to explain the reason and bring in a hard copy for proof of clearance. I called Holden to ask when my case was going to be cleared and he assured me it got cleared that day, and that he would send the documents to me asap. I told Holden my job was on the line and I needed it as soon as possible, so he offered to talk to my employers for me. I don't think I can name any other lawyer who would've done this for a client that he had already finished all his services for. He was pretty much doing this out of kindness of his heart. I have dealt, spoken with, and known many lawyers in the past, and I can say that Holden was by far better than any of them. I will be referring anyone I know to him if they ever run into trouble. Great Attorney. Will respond any time of night or day, especially if you are in a jam. He is very good listener and very supportive. I have hired many other atorneys for my business, family trusts, corporation and criminal matters and he is the best. When you need a great attorney do not mess around because the consequnces can be serious. Mr. Holden Green is very competent and his fees are reasonable. I would recommend him highly

Great attorney services. Attorney Holden Green really helped me out of a jam. I got falsely accused of something and he went to bat for me. I was so scared and he eased my fears and assured me that I had nothing to worry about. As it turned out, because of great legal counsel, I didn't have anything to worry about. Having a good attorney makes all the difference in the world.

Fast Response, Honest and Very Helpful. I was looking for some help and post my questions on Mr. Holden Green's law firm's website after hour. It was after 6PM. He responsed in less than 1/2 hour with detail. He seems to go out his ways to give me the answers I was looking for, althought I am not yet his client. Thank you again Mr. Green for your dedication.

Great Lawyer, very dedicated to his clients. He handled my driving charges with more zest than I have ever seen other than on hollywood movies. I was back to driving in no time, even had the state pay for the damages done to my Lamborghini, he's the man
