They are very professionalism.. Recently we moved to a new house and we asked this locksmith company to replace locks on all the outside doors. We scheduled an appointment and had to reschedule it 2 times because of some problems with the closing process. This locksmith company demonstrated professionalism and understanding with our situation, they did everything they could to comply with our schedule and eventually came on time, did a very good job replacing locks and at an affordable price. It is nice to have companies that put the customer’s needs first.

Absolutely Fabulous Service By All Means.. I lost my chip keys so I called Best Bay Locksmith because I had heard good things about them. I was really impressed with the service and professionalism. They replaced my chip keys no problem and got me back on the road again. If you need new chip keys I defiantly recommend Best Bay Locksmith.

very relaible service!!. I was in a big hurry and I snapped off my ignition key in the ignition. I had no idea what to do, my ignition key was stuck and I couldn’t get it out. I didn’t have triple AAA so I called Best Bay Locksmith. The dispatcher was really friendly and told me the technician would be there in 30 minutes. I was a little skeptical but they sure proved me wrong when I looked up and saw their van pulling into the car park in next to no time. The technician from Best Bay Locksmith was really friendly and extracted my ignition key and then made a duplicate using the serial number from the driver’s manual. Thank you so much Best Bay Locksmith for getting me on my way again quickly and professionally.

Outstanding services........... I needed replacement keys quickly and for a reasonable price. I called a couple of locksmiths first to get a couple of quotes; some didn’t even call me back at this (408) 701-2423. Best Bay Locksmith was the only company that did the replacement keys for a reasonable price. The service was very fast. The technician was there to see me in less than 30 minutes and did the replacement keys with a smile on his face. If you need replacement keys Best Bay Locksmith is defiantly the locksmith for you. They are fast, reasonably priced do a great service and are very friendly. Good work Best Bay Locksmith.

Super service...very professional.. Don't bother considering calling any other locksmith. This locksmith company is one locksmith we need to patronize to ensure they never go out of business. They have just about everything you need from a huge assortment of key blanks for residential, commercial and automotive, to safes, lubricants, a mind-bending assortment of locks, and fobs.

Super service...very professional. They are open 24/7 and have full registrations!

Great Experience. After my dead-bolt exploded on me I called Available Locksmith, they were able to meet me at his house in less than an hour and he had my lock fixed in less than fifteen minutes!.

Great service and on time..... Great service and on time....: They gave me what I needed and did not try to oversell me. They recommended rekeying my locks when I thought I needed brand new locks, which would have been at least double the cost. Highly recommended.
