I have had a nasty, stabbing headache
for over a week. I have called my doctor and they told me I should go to the ER for cat scan. A friend suggested that I get a massage.
Based on the great yelp reviews I have made an appointment with Christianna. Fortunately she had an opening that evening.
The office is simple and quiet, no fancy stuff here, just skilled massage.
Holding tension, my shoulders felt like a brick wall first. Let me tell you, as she worked on my neck and shoulder area I could feel the tension ease up and my headache evaporate. Christianna used some pressure, but always made sure I was comfortable. At the end of the massage I was in complete stupor; so relaxed, I could have slept in a bush on my walk home.
The next day I am headache free. Amazing! Such a relief! I will be back! For a fraction of the cat scan insurance co-pay.
