Good price, great service. Purchased a Pre-owned E350 coupe.

One of my best experience to shopping cars. The welcome atmosphere, friendly sales person and the quality of cars are plus. I highly recommend this dealership for shopping new or used cars. The price is great and the after sales service is excellent. My salesperson, Mr. FeriDon Dizadji is truly professional. If you looking for a new Mercedes or quality pre-owned cars, look for FreiDon, I'm sure he will provides you the services you needed.

Great service. Purchased 2008 R350 . There were few items that did not work ( I would expect everything to be in working condition on a Certified vehicle) , but my salesperson Bobby Hakimian was the best. He made sure all the issues were resolved to my satisfaction. Even when I was not buying a new car , he made me feel like I was. Also I had the pleasure to meet Alfredo who came to help me link my phone to the car wireless. He was very pleasant and set up my phone in no time with a smile. It is not the cars each dealer sells that makes them unique, but the service they provide. Given the fact, that I came to the dealership straight from the gym and surely did not look like a MBZ buyer, Bobby attended to me right away. I bought the car the same day. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience.

A Great Buying Experience. I just purchased my brand new 2012 C 63 AMG Coupe from Smythe European. I must say the experience was fantastic. This is in fact the 3rd Mercedes I have purchase from Smythe. Now its not just the fact the dealership went the extra mile, it was in my opinion the brilliant work that Kamal did to get me in the car that i wanted. Always trying to keep me happy and not just sell me a car that was on the lot/in the showroom. Kamal was truly professional, and always keeping me in the loop, and providing options, never pushy, and super knowledgeable. I will definitely go back to Kamal and will always recommend him as my first choice. BTW my car is awesome, love it!!!

Snobby dealership that doesn't want your business. These guys are either morons or complete snobs. I was looking on line for a Subaru Forester and a national website they advertise on was were I found the one I wanted....very interested in this one and wanted to see if they would do trade in for 08 BMW 335i convertible in excellent condition with 40k miles....manager came back and said he wouldn't do a trade out of state.... What dealer says that!!! even if they low balled me it would have been a good deal for them. They are part of the "Auto Nation" network...what part of Nation are they not getting? Told the rep to forget it...who wants to deal with someone who doesn't give a crap about your business
