Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff!. Security Choice has an A+ rating from the BBB (why I called). Now I know why! I called on Tuesday and they were able to get someone out to my house on Wednesday (next day). Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff!

highly recommend Julio and ADT. Julio Duran, the technician assigned to install our alarm system was an absolute delight to work with. He arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment and worked in a timely and professional manner. He was very thorough in explaining our alarm system. I would highly recommend Julio and Top Safety Security Inc. on behalf of ADT alarm to anyone interested in installing a secruity system in their home or office.

It has gotten my nerves. My parents suggested to me the ADT. I thought it was great. It was but only during the first few months. Now, I'm experiencing trouble and it has gotten my nerves!

works great!. A month ago I was here browsing reviews on ADT Security System, and now, I am the one writing a review about this company.

The system that I got was splendid. I'm with it for a month now and it works great!

I really recommend you reader to purchase an ADT security system. I tell you, you will not be regretting this.

ADT is securing. ADT is the best company when it comes to security. They have a lifetime warranty on all equipment, 36 hour service call response time (try getting those other companies to do that) world class service!! what do you expect? ADT is securing the White house, The Pentagon, and Fort Knox!! Everyone i have talk to that has ADT (about 100 people) has the same feeling about this great company. remember, people only like to talk when they have a bad experience, very seldom do people share their good ones. Thats the only reason these other reviews are bad, not because ADT is a bad company by any means.

unbearably annoying!. I am so disgusted with ADT right now, if I would have

been notified that they merged with Brinks/Broadview I

would have found a new company earlier. This orning our alarm starts beeping at 5 am saying that we have a communication problem. They will send someone out on Thursday, excuse me no I want this fixed now. So now they tell us switching phone providers has caused this problem, we switched 6 months ago and we are just getting notified now that it is not working, so apparently it has not been communicating with them for 6 months and I have been paying. I asked that they tell me when the last time I activated my system? They could not tell me that, only the last time it went off. Okay so if you are monitoring my home, why would you not call and tell me that the system is not communicating. Been a customer for 13 years and I now do not feel safe in my home because they are not monitoring it the way it needs to be monitored. Thank god I put my own camera systems in and not their camera system. I just wasted $240 on something that was not working, and now they want to bill me $90 to come out and fix this. Company is a bunch of crap. They are out to make money not help you feel safe.

Fast Service. ADT is awesome! These guys know how to get the job done right! They installed my home alarm system 2 days after I placed the initial call. Now that's fast!
