Don't eat there. There is so much to say and so little time. Without question, the majority of the staff does a great job. but there are obvious signs of cutting back and people go to eat, not compliment the staff for doing what they can to make up for the lack of management detail.

Mother's Day-at 6 pm the kitchen was backed up over an hour and the "fresh" seafood was coming out still frozen. At least four tables walked out.

Also, in an effort to shore up business, they have the Passport Card. However, if one uses it with frequency, the managers-the Asian night manager in particular-resent the patrons that use it. they have now added 18% to all passport bills.

If you order the dore, it comes out with no egg batter whatsoever. If you ask for it to be fixed, they are angry. the calamari is always undercooked and the batter sticks together. the pasta is overcooked and they do not have any decent sauces-canned tomato-obviously.

On the weekend, the bread is stale and heated in an attempt to cover the fact.

In the evening during happy hour, they put a poorly trained (scott's fault, not hers) waitress on a station with 8 tables and no busser. The service is abyssmal and it isn't her fault because she gets no assistance and 8 tables for one person during happy hour is not a doable thing.

The Asian manager only caters to the males that come into the restaurant. The women are given no attention by her whatsoever. And the general manager is NEVER in attendance. Perhaps once or twice a week-and that is the real reason the restaurant is starting to fail. why hasn't the owner stepped in to correct these people that run the show so poorly?

The prices are very expensive for what one receives, so the passport comes in very handy and makes the undercooking of the chicken wings (blood) and the gray salsa with no seasoning passable if one can wait after sending back the bad food. But remember, they don't like people that use Passport.

All in all, a terrible place to go. We would have given no stars, but were forced to give at least one.
