American Vision Windows. The reason I selected American Vision Windows was because of the people who are American Vision Windows’ employees. The customer service, sales personnel, order service and office personnel, and installers were easy and pleasant to work with. All my questions and then some were answered immediately with the assurance of satisfaction.

From the arrival of the first American Vision Windows representative, Peter, and the follow on final measurement by Geronimo, it was the people that made the sale a comfortable and confident experience. After the order was signed I changed my mind and decided to modify the size of the kitchen window and this was done at no extra charge. And, I found the payment schedule to be accommodating and easy to meet.

Following a call from Oscar to schedule the job, American Vision Windows replaced/installed a kitchen and two bedroom windows and a sliding patio door in five hours with three workers

Not only was the work done in a short time but it was completed with care and quality. Each window was finished with attention to detail as each window was sealed and finished with a seamless border. Mark and Darren worked on the two bedroom windows with Darren doing the finish work while Mark concentrated on installing the patio door with Michael.

I was especially pleased with the replacement of the kitchen window which was modified to a smaller size. The crew leader, Michael, installed the new window with a top appointment box that showed off the new window and dressed up the outside of the house.

I will be replacing the master bedroom window soon and will be using American Vision Windows.

Windows. American Vision did an excellent job. There were a few issues, however, all was taken care of and the finish product is great. The customer service is tops.

JT from Monterey. Just finished changing out 44 windows and 4 French Doors and a triple car garage and I can't believe how professional, polite, and craftsman-like everyone was!!! From the knowledgeable salesman to the remeasure tech, to the office staff and to the installers, everyone was so on top of their game. In four days they totally transformed my home! The triple pane windows are awesome to look at and the resulting cooling effect on high intensity sunlight areas is absolutely amazing!! But the topper was the garage. From beatup tiltup garage doors to beautiful insulated steel rollups (with energy efficient windows inserted!) and battery backup LiftMaster motors that were hundreds of dollars less then Costco!! The net effect of all this work is the beauty and value added to my home while making it so much more comfortable to live in. You can probably tell I'm excited !! I reviewed a half dozen companies, most were cheaper and one was more expensive, but none had everything I wanted in one location and most importantly-none had triple panes!! I will be going to them again in a couple of months to have Hunter-Douglas Shutters installed throughout!! I can't say enough good things about American Vision. They exceeded my wildest expectations!!

Out with Single-Paned Aluminum, In with Triple-Pane Vinyl!!!. Overall Experience: Great!

Crew: Fast, efficient, courteous!

Cost: Good pricing

Customer Service: So far, great service. Windows have just been put in. Long term: unsure but will keep you posted!

We have lived in our 1960's built home with the original crank styled single-paned aluminum framed windows. The old windows were drafty and the aluminum was truly grungy!

I called several window installation companys for quotes. American Vision had very good prices. Our project began! My husband was truly impressed with the crew -- "fast and efficient!". We needed two windows cut down to meet code. Done! No problem! They pulled permits, inspector came, all passed and good!

The windows are wonderful! They look great! It's very quiet inside now. I changed my mind about 3 of the windows so I'm waiting to hear if I can make them match the front but overall, a great experience!

worth the money. I looked at several types of windows, looked at ratings for the windows also. This company had so many to choose from, but the sales rep made it easy to narrow it down. The windows were installed , they look good and I can feel the difference in the house, not as drafty in the windows, and cooler in the summer. Thanks

I just LOVE everybody at American Vision Windows!. from the very first call to two years later now, everybody is just so wonderful. Diana and I still talk to this day and she is just a doll. I don't have a single thing I would change about these folks.

Worst experience ever. Working with American Vision Windows has been the worst experience in regards to home improvement that I've ever had. I bought 3 windows and one slinding door. After replacing the windows and door 3 time, they still didn't get it right. Windows and door were supposed to be ready and installed withing 6-8 weeks and it took 5 months for them to installed them and still didn't get what I ordered. Very frustrating experience.

Avoid them... Hold on to your money .. INCOMPLETE JOB... 1.5 years now and we are STILL WAITING for them to complete the job. My bedroom blinds are still NOT HERE, it had been more than a years. We made the mistake of trusting these people. They just never follow up. They were able to install the door and window on time but NOT THE BLINDS. After paying them in full which they asked for the same day the windows were installed but I never heard from them for the MISSING BLINDS which we paid in full, they would promise each time you remind them.

Great Service!!!. First of all, I have to admit that I didn't realize the difference that new windows can make on a home from the inside and outside. My house feels sound now. No drafts. No noise. My house stays pretty constant temperaturewise so my heating and cooling bills are nice. I feel safer because my house feels like Fort Knox now.

American Vision Windows made the experience very pleasant. I can tell the staff is well trained about how to enter a home. They were clean. They left my house clean. The salesrep was very knowledgeable and he stuck with the whole process until the installation crew was done. Everyone bent over backwards and my only regret is that I hadn't called them sooner. I was able to get my window coverings at the same time because they carry Hunter Douglas products and the measure guys can measure for coverings at the same time.
