Didn't expect a whole dismissal (thank you). The Law Offices of Earl Carter got me dismissal on my speeding traffic citation I was expecting a coasting charge with minimal fine. Didn't expect a whole dismissal of case.... Thank You

Attorney was able to win. The my first driving under the influence with the alcohol level of .17%, the attorney was able to win the APS hearing.

Was so happy with them. I was very Happy with the attorney that took care of my case. He fought for my felony petty theft with prior case be reduced down to a misdemeanor. I supervise several McDonalds so I couldn't have a Felony on my record but they fought strongly to get me a misdeamenor which prosecutor agreed to do after attorneys hard work. I was so happy with them I even gave the whole office free coupons to eat at McDonalds for free...

Very happy with the outcome. I was charged with credit card theft and taking a vehicle without owners consent. I retained the Law Offices of Earl Carter and Associates for my trial on day one of trial DA ammended my case to stolen property. My Attorney made a motion to dismiss which was granted. I am very happy with the outcome of my case and my Attorney!

Recommend Earl Carter. They took a long time to resolve the case. But in the end it was a favorable outcome that overshadowed that. I would recommend Earl Carter and Associates.

Very pleased with Earl Carter. I was very pleased with the Law Offices of Earl Carter for getting me a dismissal on a traffic citation. I had hired another attorney prior to hiring the Carter Firm and they didn't seem to understand the situation I was in. But the Law Offices of Earl Carter knew exactly what I needed done and helped me a lot by getting the dismissal for me. I am a truck driver so I couldn't have a point on my license.
