I have been a member of Hair Club for 10 years. Four of those years have been at the San Jose center. The office staff at San Jose is always professional and courteous, especially Katrina. My stylist is Thu. Thu's work is outstanding and nothing short of perfection . The cut-ins are the best that I have experienced in the 10 years that I have been with Hair Club.Thu has a great personality and she makes the whole experience enjoyable and relaxing. Thu is a professional in every respect.

I've been a member since 1984 and have gone through many hair systems types and upgrades as well as many stylists.

I enjoy going to the San Jose HCM because it is close to home, the staff is courteous and my stylist, Sylvia, is great. She is always looking at insuring that my system as well as the cut, style and grooming is the best.

Sylvia Kahele has been my hair salon professional for over 10 years. Each visit over that time period I have experienced complete customer satisaction. She goes above and beyond the scope of my hair care contract making sure that I am truly satisfied with the result of each visit. She is very skilled in all aspects of her profession and has a pleasing personality that makes the visit very enjoyable.

I have been a HC member for about 5 years now. My stylist is Sylvia. She has an upbeat personality and ties it with her work environment. Sylvia makes my experience soothing and relaxing especially when she massages and rinses my head with warm water! She also makes sure I am not too bored while waiting for my service, the usual wait time is up to 30 mins- she always asks me if i want something to drink, have magazines to read and etc. Cool thing about here is they provide free wi-fi so I can always connect my ipad and surf the web :)

Sylvia has great patience especially since my hair is long and its longer to style, but she is always willing to make my hair fabulous! She asks me if I would want my hair straight or curly- and she does a great job styling my hair, especially the way she curls it! I love her hair curler too- it doesn't take to long to curl at all! Sylvia always gives me tips on how to keep my hair looking fabulous!

Sometimes appointments are hard to book because its all taken but Sylvia takes time to squeeze me in her busy schedule which shows how much she is willing to do for her clients.

-The front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming! Katrina and Ngoc have great customer skills and always willing to help the clients no matter how busy they can be!

-Marco is always there if you need help with anything regarding your account.

I have been going to hcmw for about 3 years. Entire staff is very professional, always helpful. My stylist is Chi Le. She is always on time. always pleasant, and always wanting to please.

As a woman with significant hair loss, this service has been a blessing. The hair piece fits perfectly, and most of the time, I don't even know it's there.

Well worth the money.

I’ve decided to participate in this, to let everyone know how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service San Jose HC staff has. Kathrina and Ngoc are always willing to help and are always pleasant to talk to. When I have issues, I normally now go to Marco but before it was Melissa. Both of them were very attentive, helpful, and very knowledgeable in solving any issues or problem I present.

I'd like to specially compliment one of the stylists Chi. Chi has always given excellent service to me. She always strives to do her best and make sure by the end of the appointment that I am happy with the way I look.

I have always been pleased with Chi. She has a great attitude toward her work and she always remain professional in her conduct. Chi always is one of the best stylists. Chi is also genuinely interested in helping the customer achieve their best look.

I will continue to be one of her loyal customer.

I have been with HCM for more then 12 years and have met a lot of employees there over time. I have found that everyone I have come in contact with have been some of the greatest people I have met.

The quality of service at HCM is outstanding and I plan to be part of HCM for a very long time. I first came to HCM for myself because I am worth it and deserve to fell good by the way I look.

If you want to look better and fell good about yourself do it for you, you will never regret it, but remember it is for you and no one else.

Hair club has made a big improvement in my self confidence, for me having hair makes me feel

younger. I do a lot of traveling, so I have been to many centers, and the San Jose is my favorite. They are so warm and friendly. They always make sure I have my appointments scheduled. I love that they call to remind me about my up comming appointments. Now the stylists at the San Jose center are all very good. Within the last two years I have been with every stylist. There is one stylist that stands out above the rest and that is chi. She has magic hands. Her hair cuts are phenomenal. They should insure her hands for a million dollars. She is a true artist. I have not had one bad hair cut. Chi is not only a good stylist, but she is funny. She make the time go by fast. I always look forward to my hair appointment .

My stylist is Tammie Vu. She is highly experienced and I am always pleased with her professional work. The front desk staff of the San Jose HC are well trained, courteous and responsive in dealing with the needs of clients, such as on appointment(s) and products matters. I have been a client of the San Jose HC for a long time. I will continue to be a client because I am happy with how the HC has affected my lifestyle personally, my friends and family.
