easiest car buying experience ever. Did most of the process online. They did forget to fill up the gas tank but I brought it back. They even detailed my Camry again for me trouble. Other dealers should take lessons from this place.

I am usually on the defensive side when I first walk into a dealership. I feel like a bunch of sharks are staring at me ready for supper.
At Piercey Toyota, it was quite the opposite. There was no pressure, and and most importantly, no bs. I stopped by Stevens Creek first, and the sales guy sat me down for hours going back and forth on a price. I finally left in frustration and went back to Piercey. They gave me a price on the Prius I wanted, which also happened to be the best price in the South Bay.
It was painless, and I actually enjoyed the company of the sales team there. Since then, i've recommended two other friends to that dealership who also bought a Prius from them.
Btw, Mckiver is phenomenal to work with! Such a friendly guy, and just straight up.

I purchased my Prius here last year and I did my search online. I was connected with a salesman that wasn't pushy at all. He showed me exactly what I wanted and even allowed me to bargain a bit. =)
I've been coming here also for my car maintenances. I know it costs more to come to the dealer, but with my new hybrid I want to make sure my car is in good hands. My cars been in 3x so far and each time, service runs very smoothly. It's nice not having to make an appointment and usually they are right on the dot about "how long it'll take".
I like how they have refreshments for their customers and plenty of seating for you to work. There's also free wi-fi which keeps me busy and entertained during my wait.
Piercey Toyota makes me not cringe when I have to bring my car into the shop. I know I'll still be able to be productive while my car is being taken cared of.
David's your go to guy if you want a great deal!. Purchased 03/23; this is a late review, but here it goes!! Me and my boyfriend purchased a car from David Cepeda, Floor manger and was awesome! We had been having problems financing a vehicle due to semi good credit but no down payment. I had been calling numerous of dealers that all stated they can help but when it came down to it they were all lies. We had been car hunting with no success. Finally i gave this dealer a shot and saw his ad in a Mexican car magazine. Right off the bat he was really nice, and was straight to the point, NO BS! He works a little differently. He actually processed our application first and we waited for a financing company to finance us. We let him know what we could work with deposit wise and what our max was on a monthly payment. The next few days he processed our application, and he worked his magic and got us approved!!! Can't thank him anymore for a huge relief and a great car!! I highly recommend him!! He's been in the business for 15+yrs and knows how financing works! He's your go to guy if you want a great deal!
The process was easy and fast. I crashed my car and it was not repairable so it was time for a new one. I've always wanted a Prius so that was what I decided to buy however it turns out that big quake/tsunami earlier this year hurt Prius production. Of course high gas prices equals high demand along with very low supply and no chance of a discount. Some dealers are charging $5000 over msrp and some dealers are sold out and have a waiting list. Piercey Toyota still had a handful in stock and their prices were very fair compared to other dealers. I almost bought a used one to save money and they had a good selection of used pirius's also. The process was easy and fast. I emailed over 20 dealers.
The service is always done right the first time. My family has been bringing their Toyota's to Piercey for years. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and the service is always done right the first time. And for a dealer their prices are very competitive and fair. A plus is they are right by the Great Mall so I can shop while getting my Sienna serviced!! Woohoo!

him: no its covered under your warranty
4 hours later
him: seems like all 4 of ur struts are leaking
me: *clueless what the hell struts are ..*
him: its okay it will be covered under your warranty
Good thing daddy got me the warranty + service coupons, i dont have to be baffled by the things they say and the things they do, and know that i won't have to pay for anything .. makes life so much simpler!
Do what most dealerships don't.
Buying a car from a dealership is never fun. I found that working with Brandon Madsen was very low BS and we were able to buy without feeling like we overpaid and without feeling like we gave our money to a bunch of crooks (see: Toyota Marin).
First of all, Brandon worked with his manager to give us some pricing information over the phone, something most dealerships won't do. Once we came in, the vehicle was waiting in the front for us so we could immediately get in and drive. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, he worked with us with very little drama, paperwork, or wasted time to get in and out quickly. We were really easy customers because we knew what we wanted and were ready to buy but no matter how great a vehicle is, we do not give our money to businesses we can't feel good about patronizing.
Yes, Piercey is a dealership that is out to make money, but they are also very fair and personable.
