not impressed. fixed the lock and put in the effort, but the latch has an issue and they could not tell me the part number so hard to figure what I need to order. next time I'll call back the people that installed the lock and are a Baldwin dealer.

Good work. I was looking to install some high security locks on by security doors, i chose to go with this company and i am very happy with this choice. They were great and very helpful, good to know there are good locksmith companies around Palo Alto. i got fair price and easy going service

Excellent Srvice. Someone tried to mess with my backyard lock and damaged it. I called Palo Alto to fix or change my lock to a better one. Their tech came and recommended me on Multi Lock. It is a high security lock but now I feel safe and no one can try to break in.

reliable honset service. I cant believe it happens to me again , I came back from work just to find my self locked out from my house , well dot get panic . I called Palo alto locksmith they all ready know me , they came with no time to rescue me , got a great service .. again

Very Professional Locksmith Service. I bought a new house in Palo Alto. I called around to check who can change my locks. I looked for a reliable company with good reviews because I had 6-8 locks that needed to be change. Palo Alto Locksmith were the best from all. Their customer service was very helpful and it was very easy to make an appointment. The locksmith tech came with full stock and recommend me and explained me about the locks. He did an excellent job and gave me a good price for it. If I ever need a locksmith again I will call Palo Alto Locksmith!!

Palo Alto Locksmith. I used this company in the last year for 5-6 times to fix or change the locks in my business. They always gave me good service with excellent prices. Their techs are very professionals and know what to do. I hope to continue and work with you guys for many more years.
