My first experience with Ooshirts was fantastic. They were very quick, the price was right and the service was smooth and most importantly, the product was exactly what I wanted. I ordered one shirt. Shortly after I submitted my order, customer service contacted me by phone and by email to let me know that if I made my shirt a different way, I could save $8. I was amazed. They could have processed my order and I would have never known. But they didn't. And they applied that money back into my account.
I received my shirt in a timely manner and I absolutely love it! I like the style of shirt I picked and the print quality is great! I will definitely order from ooShirts again.
Improve the reception on your phone lines. I spoke twice with your customer service and, although all by questions were answered, the quality of the call was poor.
Awful company, horrible customer service! Save yourself the aggravation and money, and find a more reputable company. I wish I had researched reviews before I ordered from them. The majority of the online reviews are terrible.
AWFUL! They totally screwed up the color scheme on my shirts after I sent them multiple different values for the exact color. I called and they said they wouldn't let me talk with a manager and would basically have to "deal with it" because they wouldn't refund my money. Terrible terrible company.
I just ordered one shirt for my boy for Christmas. It couldn't have been easier. I designed the shirt with their program and received it a few days later. Couldn't have been easier.
Terrible Experience! We placed an order for t-shirts and requested a proof. We had to call and ask for the proof. When it was sent, it was not correct. The customer service representative, Monique, was completely uncooperative and kept putting us on hold to "punish us" and had the nerve to tell us that is what she was doing. When we asked to speak to a supervisor, she refused. When we told her to cancel the order, which has not been started, she told us that they will only refund 85% of the order. I also contacted Customer Service through their chat to find out who to write to and this is the response that I received: "Unfortunately we have a policy here where the managers do not get on the phone. I can understand why that would be frustrating. They were following the protocol that has been established here" Seriously? The managers cannot talk on the phone? I promptly disputed the charges on my credit card and will never recommend this company!
Had an EXCELLENT experience with ooShirts! They were very good about contacting me immediately when there was a minor issue with one of our shirt screens, and responded quickly to my questions when I contacted them (via email and phone)! The shirts arrived EARLY and look fabulous -- nice crisp design, even after washing. I would definitely buy from them again!
