Worst customer service ever... especially a guy named Manou. We received the wrong shirts and by the time they delivered our actual shirts it was too late for our demo day. Poor quality in printing as well. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, very unreliable...
Terrible quality. Silkscreen starts to come off after ONE washing. They don't stand behind their work and when it came time to redo the printing they stopped returning phone calls. Do yourself a favor. Find somebody else to do your printing.
I have never took the time to write a review before, but this place is worth it. They didnt send me an email confirmation for my order, after 7 days I called to check and my order hadnt even been touched yet. So I asked to cancel and receive a refund. Which never happened. I had to go through my bank and despute the charges.

It is obvious this company thinks they can exist without good customer service, or possibly even customers! Don't use this company, bad experiences, bad customer service...the owner needs to learn that without good customer service and without customers, he will not have a business!
I've never felt compelled to write a
review before, but I just have to make sure people know how awful this company is. I placed an order and paid for rush delivery because I needed the shirts by a certain date. After placing my order I called their customer service number to verify that the shirts would be here by the requested date. She said that they would.
The shirts didn't arrive by the date requested. I called their customer service line. No answer. Tried contacting through their help email and received a message back a day later saying they were having a problem with the printer and that they'd check on my order. If you hadn't checked it, how did you know their was a printer problem? If there was a problem, why not contact me earlier?
I have requested a full refund and haven't heard back yet. Just stay away. It's not worth the hassle.
EDIT: They did refund my purchase the following week after several back-and-forth emails and were courteous along the way. It was still bad business to miss the delivery date and not at least notify me of any problems.
If you have ample time and aren't overly concerned about quality I'd say give them a try. However, expect what you pay for and be prepared for possible headaches along the way.

quality. My experience with this company was more than disgusting. Shirts were printed the incorrect pantone shade, and they would not re-print them. Before I even TOLD HIM THE PROBLEM, he said "wow, this is a big order - we aren't going to want to re-print these for you." Clearly they don't back up their 100% satisfaction guarantee.
To be FAIR, I ordered a NEW pantone deck to see if maybe the error was on my part. Sure enough, the color was still terribly incorrect. The customer service department wouldn't even look at the photos with the new deck! The jerk I spoke to in California said HE tested the ink twice, but I found out the printing was done in a Pennsylvania facility - things just don't add up.
The company owner is a kid (who does not have any interaction with clients), and clearly his company reflects his lack of maturity. Sad, I just put in an order for 10,000 shirts with a competing company and got the exact pantone shade requested. Clearly they don't care about pleasing clients!
Attention was not paid to their
"special instruction" box. Print color and design was wrong with my first order. They fixed it without a problem. Second time I ordered, design was wrong on two orders, (out of 3) I caught it before they printed and they said they had it fixed. When I recieved the orders, one was still wrong. Refunded 20% of the order cost. The thrid order, the color was wrong again and they said that I had signed a waiver. However, they were the same shirts and color I had used before, just a different design and there were no problems with those. Then when I spoke to someone at the office they told me that my money would be refunded after I filed a "misprint claim" When the company called me, I was told that no employee would ever say that, thus basically calling me a liar.
I should also mention that these shirts were all made to support my 5 year old daughter who is going through cancer treatment at Seattle Childrens Hospital. We have had many compliments on the correct shirts from staff and families there, and others wanting to do the same for their children. I WILL NOT be recommending this company to them.
Stay away from these creeps.. ooshirts are horrible! I went to them b/c they appeared to be the quickest way to get shirts for my promotion. First, their art dept screwed up twice on the first two proofs, so they missed my rush date. Second, the design lab is no representation of what they will deliver. I had a good looking shirt showing on the design lab. However, it did not scale properly to the "proofs" they present. Their "proofs" show the images they will be using but not how they appear on the shirt like the design lab. As a result, they're eyeballing suggested my front image should be 4.5" wide which made the image height 6" tall for a front pocket image. I did not notice the text 4.5" wide and they certainly didn't say it was going to be 6" tall. Uggh. So disregard the design lab as your shirt will not scale anything near what you create and measure your shirt and give them exact dimensions. Better yet, stay away from them b/c I showed them a photo of their shirt alongside a photo of their design lab and despite the glaring difference, a guy named Manu took "pride" in their work.
Please don't buy from them!.
I never write negative reviews. I only ever want to compliment a business if I ever write reviews. This experience was beyond awful and I wish with all of my heart that I would have read these reviews before deciding to work with ooshirts.
I got the shirts for a fundraiser for my non profit to help pets. They have the "guarantee" that you will receive the shirts on their delivery date. For this reason and the cost, I decided to purchase from them. Our fundraiser was on Sunday, the shirts were supposed to be in on Friday. I called Friday morning to find out where the shirts were, I was told that she would call me back with a tracking number. After I hadn't heard back from them for a few hours I called back and spoke with Ross. He told me that their printing press was down and there was no possible way that I would get the shirts. I explained that I understand that things happen, but now we were not able to raise the money for the non profit and if they would have just contacted me earlier in the week, I would have been able to find someone else. So, needless to say, we had no shirts and no way to raise money for the pets. I told him to cancel the order.
I spoke with misprints today because and asked them to keep the money that I had paid for the shirts, but I needed the difference in what I would have made for them. The gentleman that I spoke to said no way, kept getting off the phone with me and kept telling me that it was no their responsibility. They sent out the shirts and I received them 5 days later. He said that for me to get the refund I needed to send the t shirts back. T shirts that I asked them not to send me. T shirts that I no longer can use. T shirts that they have already printed and can no longer use. Why?!
I asked to speak with a supervisor and he refused. The customer service was atrocious. I really hope that those looking for t shirts will look up reviews and that we can help. Please don't ever purchase from here, they are truly awful in every way.
T-Shirt Fail.
This company is bush league. I spent half a day running around trying to get a rush tshirt order done because Ooshirts failed to deliver on their promised delivery date. That's where the fun began.
A call into their toll-free number will most likely go unanswered 99 out of 100 times, but on that 1 time mine was answered the rep told me she would locate my shirts at a local printer (this company just sources to printers in your area so what they actually do from a house is beyond me). Strangely she then informed me that company policy would prevent me from actually going to the printer and picking the order up. Upon telling her this was unacceptable she told me I'd get a call back within the hour. Days later I'm still waiting for their call. Emailed too. No response. Left VM. No response. I'd like the hours of life back that I spent listening to this company's hold music. I thought my cable company has the worst customer service imaginable, but Ooshirts managed to slide easily into 1st place.
Luckily I found another company in my city to print same-day (at twice the cost I had spent at Ooshirts) but clearly you get what you pay for.
I'm left believing that all these good reviews are written by Ooshirts staff. When you buy from them and your order is not delivered in a timely fashion and you get abysmal customer service don't say you weren't warned. Unbelievable.
