Fred's really good. I have a 996 Porsche. Nobody but Fred is allowed to touch it. He knows this car better than me. When I have any problem, I take it to Fred. He know what to do to fix my problem. Fred knows more about Porsches than anybody I know. I have total trust in his judgement.

BTW, Fred my "check engine light" just came on again...:)

Great honest service. I have taken my 911 Porsche as well as both of our Infinitis to Fred's. Although at times, we run into issues that may take a little longer than expected(the same can be said of most Auto service professionals), Fred always does his best to keep you informed and to do honest work. It's great to speak with someone who is knowledgeable about what was done to my car(s). He is also a very personable person and cares alot about his customers and his reputation. Keep up the great work!!!

Amazing Work!. When I took my sclass Mercedes into Fred's, he ensured me that my car would be taken care of.

I originally went in to get my transmission fixed, however, he offered changed my oil, refill my wiper fluid, and tighten my breaks for a very good cost!! The service is quick and efficient! My car has never felt so wonderful after bringing it in before. They are wonderful with cars and know exactly how they can help you best. I HIGHLY recommend going to Fred's!

Worst Service Anywhere. I have to share the most dissapointing and unprofessional car service experience of my life (50 years). First of all, if you are counting on having any sort of accurate accounting of the work that actually gets perfomed on your automobile, then you'd better go somewhere else (because you won't get it at Fred's.) Moreover, in Fred's mind, it's not even important for you to worry about it. This statement came after incorrectly invoicing me for multiple brake jobs (on my BMW 740il) - where it was (and still is) impossible to understand exactly what work had actually been perfomrd. In addition, after leaving my car with Fred all day, to have the brake work performed, it was then necessary to bring it back and leave it for another full day, to have the some of the work redone. In regards to both of these issues, it's Fred's opinion, that this is just the way it goes sometimes and I should just be happy and go away. Well, I'm going away alright - frustrated, short cash from missing work, and still without the proper documetnation to place in my service history records. I can only hope that the brakes actually work.
