Highly Recommended. As part of a bath remodel we rebuilt a corner shower. Super Glass had the best price. Thye came out and discussed the options and we went with the thick frameless and the water pattern glass. There was a problem with the shower curb (not enough pitch). Instead of just installing the glass, Super Glass pointed out the problem and even contacted a tile worker to see if they could fix the problem.

Once the curbs were fixed they came out to install the glass. One piece struck our steel stair railing and a sliver split off (accidents do happen) while it was being moved up the stairs. They took it back and replaced it very promptly.

All their work was first rate. They come out when they say they will and are very friendly as well as professional.

They now do all our glass work.

Excellent service and responsive glass work. After I stupidly smashed through my living room window on Saturday I called 4 different glass establishments that promised 24/7 response. Two sent me to voicemail and never responded. One gave me a live answering service that attempted to contact someone. The fourth promised to appear at 4:15 - never showed, never called.

On Sunday morning I called Super Glass. Their representative was at my door an hour later with all necessary equipment. He not only rapidly and cleanly (as in cleaning up) replaced the broken window, but discussed the options for going to double pane - explaining the advantages and disadvantages of various options and offering prices that were extremely competitive. He encouraged me to consider retrofit at a cost of half that of going with the newest and greatest. No pressure, and patience with my ignorance. Super Glass is family run and appears to take pride in their work and attendance to customer satisfaction. I would recommend them highly not only for emergency work but for any glass work that fits into their operation.
