workers still steal personal stuff from cars. They did an decent job, even washed the car. However they stole stuff from my car which still annoys me to this day. YOU WOULD think in the age of information that the owners would penalize workers who still steal stuff from clients cars... jackets, money, pocket knives, personal items you just leave intact with your car when you have it serviced. It's a shame because they seem to try so hard to do a good job.

Great Service, Speedy, Honest, and they stand by their work 100%.. I just got my Car back again and i'm extremely satisfied. Although they painted an extra section of the bumper the first time around they stand by there work 100% and are extremely fast and friendly about getting things done correctly. They took the bumper off and re-did the entire thing sanding it down and this time painting it correctly. I am extremely picky about my car and i've had little things fixed by them time after time (gaps between body panels, paint smoothness, even underbody things and little rattles), each time with a friendly smile, quick service and good quality work. They've fixed everything and more, it feels even better than stock.

To give you and idea of how dedicated they are, I've been coming back for little things i've found here and there for almost a year since my accident (some of them probably not even caused by the accident including some extra scratches) and the owner Shawn has really gone above and beyond even my picky standards and has fixed everything without hesitation.

They also do classic cars, SEMA cars and theirs always an A2000 getting fixed there. My insurance company even recomended them. Now I know why.

Very reliable, honest, and helpful. I've had a few minor repairs done at Active Auto Body, and I've always felt well taken care of, and their work has been good and honest. Though I've never had any serious body work done here, I would return in a minute. They're endlessly helpful, and I've consulted with them on several unrelated matters. They were up front about the cost, what they were going to do, and how long it was going to take. They even took the time to discuss different possibilities with me. Most importantly, they know their stuff (they pointed out that the previous owner of my car had gotten a bumper repaired and hadn't told me!). Call and ask for Shawn.
