In Short
There's a whimsy to celeb chef Mina's food. Pot pie is loaded with lobster instead of chicken and a chicken-fried steak consists of dry-aged Nebraska beef in a potato chip crust. The scene is posh but inviting with huge windows facing downtown, comfy oversized chairs and a minimalist decor of warm grey tones. Most things on the menu are a production, from deep-fried chicken carved tableside to a 35-item checklist for assembling diners' salads of choice.
