Rooms come with a two-line phone, voice mail, data port, safe, cable TV, hair dryer, iron and mini-bar. Notable amenities include a complimentary USA Today, pool and fitness center. Full dining facilities offer a low-carb menu, room service and to-go snacks. Kids under 17 stay free; call ahead regarding baby-sitting services for younger ones.

Sheraton SJ: Poor Customer Service & Beware of Hidden Costs

Okay hotel with nice pool. Slightly outdated rooms. But look out for hidden fee's and charges. This hotel management has habit of overcharging. Multiple patrons have complained of 25-50% over charges. They charged me extra 30% fee on my exit bill for phantom charges. GM unable or unwilling to fix. Bad accounting practices, poor customer service, terrible catering manager.
Factor in added these costs, better to stay at nearby Embassy Suites or Crown Plaza. True 4 star hotels with superior service at same costs.
