Guests first enter the eatery's Lake Room, where they can enjoy cocktails on comfortable lounge furniture, as well as peruse the art on display. Run by Ansel Adams' family, the Lake Room showcases many of his photographs. Meals begin with baked brie and house-cured salmon with chive cream, followed by braised lamb shank and whole wheat crepes with bean curd and sauteed vegetables for entrees.
