Poor quality service. They pretended to know it all and ended up ruining my Pradas. Don't have good skill in shoe repair. Now I need to find a better cobbler in town. It's sad that Los Altos doesn't have high quality services.

They also carry a good selection of colored shoe laces. In addtion to fixing shoes, they aslo carry a pretty broad selection of hard to find laces--both colors and lengths, as well as shoe polishes. They also can stretch shoes--but this takes a couple of days to stretch.

Shoe repair and sales. I take all of my family shoes here for repair - they do a great job. They also sell clogs, sandals and other accessory items. The clogs they carry are european and even though I have a narrow foot, I am able to purchase shoes here.

Shoes/purse repair. Although they are pricey, it is nice to be able to take your favorite shoes/purses/backpacks in for repair. They also sell some shoes and accessories.
