gloves.... I'm a big stickler for hygiene. Especially, when your dealing with food. The place is nice, but as far as the food. Pricey, service is either slow or somewhat disgusting. Just because you have gloves on, does not mean you touch the food…

Good value quality. A good balance of quality to price, Andronico's has upscale foods like Draegers without the hoity toity, and reasonable down to earth prices like Safeway without the drek.

excellent gourmet grocery. Andronico's is one of the great grocery stores that sells organic and great gourmet product and products. They also have a great deli area. They have a great bakery there as well. This place is comparible to whole foods in my mind.
