best agent around!. I've been with Jill for a few years for my condo policy but I have another agent at Allstate for my auto. They won't let me switch agents (company policy), but I continue to work with Jill even for my auto coverage. Although she is quite busy, she always takes time out of her schedule to work with me on my auto policy when she doesn't have to. Just today, she helped me adjust my auto policy to fit my need for the next 6 months. She is very patient and plugs in all the numbers to get me the very best rate. She is awesome! Allstate should change their policy so that I can switch my agent for auto so I can permanently work with Jill. She is the BEST in the bay area.
