incorrect information followed by lies.
I have gone in there for years and found their service in a steady decline. This summer I had house guests from France and they bought almost $100 worth of MP3 wireless stuff for the car. The manager, Hector Sianez, waited on us. He assured us these items worked in the US, Europe, etc. Guess what - he had no idea what he was taking about. My friends sent them back and I tried to return them today - not only would he not accept them without full original packing - he denied he ever said they would work. Not only is he unknowledgable, and misleading in what he tells customers in order to sell products -- he can look me in the eye and lie. Bad news.

With equipment ranging from the latest crop of cell phones, digital cameras, batteries, and various accessories for the home, car and office, the store can outfit even the most electronically-challenged shopper. The sales associates are dedicated, knowledgeable and quick to assist and answer any questions. And yes, you can still buy a radio there, too.
