New management rip off. If you are moving out, then make sure you cleanup the apartment pretty well. The office staff will tell you that they are very liberal but dont ever believe them!!! They are all very unfriendly and are only waiting to rip you off. I've lived at that apartment under the old management and they were really nice to everyone.

Horrible Complex. I lived at the Americana for almost 2yrs. In the beginning the place was great, Sharon, was the nicest office lady and was very responsive to any issues I had. Now, a new management, Prometheus, more like "con"metheus came in and totally ruined the place. They let go the nicest person and just made the complex a living h*ll. They raised the rent TWICE within 6 months, stopped paying water/gas/garbage/sewer, and quit paying any type of insurance an apartment complex should provide. They require you to buy a 100k min rental insurance policy.

This complex is now FLAT OUT HORRIBLE!!! I cannot wait until my lease is up so I can get out. I'm even tempted to CANCEL my lease and pay the cancellation fees just so I can get out. I warn you now...DO NOT RENT OR YOU WILL BE SORRY. If you do, good luck and i'll say now..."I told you so!"

never ever rent this apartment live homeless but dont rent under new managment. Horrible managment, crapy service shoule be sued against criminal charges for not providing essesntial maintannce, staff is the worst ever seen in my life they think they doing favour giving us apartment to live even though they are most expensive of all in the area, never ever rent this place

Horrible Management. This used to be a great place to live. Now a days it rates as an absolutely don't rent.

There have been break ins into the storage lockers, and cars.

The new property management- Prometheus is terrible. The staff is condescending and rude. They ignore the tenants and do not seem to want to do any work.

The new management has stopped automatic rent payments so the tenants have go to the office to drop the check. But the problem is on weekdays no one knows what time they open the office.No times are posted. I have gone at 9:45 am twice and the door was firmly shut.

But if you are a potential tenant they will be extra sweet to you. Beware!

After the new management came in a month or so ago, maintenance has gone down the tubes. Most of the maintenance staff have either been fired or have moved on. Maintenance requests can go weeks before being attended to.

To add insult to injury , I just received a renewal notice and my rent has gone up through the roof.

On the positive side, the location is great but now a new hospital has opened up next door and traffic has gone through the roof.
