The Scene
Guests can drive right up to the front door and park beneath the porte-cochère in front of the lobby. The reception area is welcoming and offers tables and lounging chairs next to the front desk.
The Details
Good-sized guest rooms are done in soothing rose and taupe tones. They come with king beds and two-person Jacuzzi tubs. Amenities include 27-inch TVs, high-speed Internet access, work desks and CD players. Kitchenettes offer convenience for self-catering and longer stays. In addition, a free hot breakfast and dinner (Mon-Thu) is served in the casual, cafe-style Mountain View Room, which can also be used for meetings.

I arrived at the inn after a late concert at the Shoreline ampitheatre, having made reservations almost a week before. When I arrived, I was given a room that an angry man was already asleep in. Then, upon returning to the front desk I was informed that all the other rooms were booked except a crappy smoking room that was NOT the deluxe suite I had reserved. My girlfriend and I were apalled at the stench, and I was also double charged for my stay. It has been a week and a half and I have not been reimbursed nor have my calls to the Inn been returned. What a way to ruin such a beautiful night...
