The environment at Real Options Pregnancy & Abortion Information Medical Centers in San Jose and Mountain View were so very professionally run it was impressive, and the staff were so nice and welcoming. All the services were free and i felt like they supported me in every way. I was treated with kindness and respect without judgment.

FREE ABORTION HELP!. I was very fortunate to have found Real Options Abortion Information & Pregnancy Clinic in San Jose And Mountain View, several years ago when I was pregnant and realized that parenting alone would be the safest choice for myself and my son. I went weekly for counseling, which helped me stay emotionally and physically healthy in the process of leaving an unsafe marriage. What I remember is not just the counseling and conversations about abortion that focused on the bad times, but the emphasis on the positive and happy parts of my life and pregnancy. Hearing the good things motivated me and helped me to weather the storm ahead. I went on to make a plan, save money, take night classes, and give birth to a healthy child. I am so thankful for the support they provided me then and still do now with an occasional check-ins about my life and the direction I am going. I also know that if I ever needed anything, even clothes for my son, they would help me. This place is staffed by very genuine and caring people, some of whom are volunteers who are volunteering because they simply enjoy helping and supporting others and their families.
