The Cuisine
This chain-restaurant menu offers sections devoted to training-wheels pho, garden-variety pho, and stunt pho for the true adventurers, all priced at $4.20 for a small bowl (enormous) and $5.10 for a large (scary big).
Bites We Like
The basic steak pho brings a mound of paper-thin meat slices cooked strictly by the piping hot broth. A cold vermicelli bowl is equally successful, with smoky marinated pork slices and a pile of little fried spring rolls to liven up the simple vermicelli noodles, crunchy iceberg and carrots.
Great Broth
The broth at Pho Hoa is perhaps the best around--clear and savory.
The Setting
Perhaps the most hospitable to pho neophytes, Pho Hoa is bright and cheery, with freshly painted teal walls and great menus that provide detailed pictures of the dishes.

Good location, quick decent food during the rush lunch hour time. But it is a bit pricey for the value.

I appreciate how this place makes my dishes consistently delicious. I usually like to order their Bun Thit Nuong, which is rice noodles, marinated grilled pork, sweet fish sauce, lettuce and bean sprouts. It's a great place for those who have never had the opportunity to try Vietnamese food because the menus come with photos. They also specialize in Pho, which is a traditional Vietnamese Rice Noodle Soup. The prices are good, costing about $4-$7 for large portioned servings. Also a good place to have a large group. PROS: Consistently Good Dishes, Good Price, Opens Late CONS: Fish Sauce tastes good, but smells different

When I first entered the restaurant, I was a little worried to see that it was almost completely empty. But it looked like a decent place so I thought I'd try it out anyway. I was pleasantly surprised. The prices are fair and the food is pretty good. The restaurant itself is a lot cleaner than most of the other pho places I've been to.
